Founding partners Jan Brouns and Arthur Verkerk formed Urban Industrial in 2015 for the purpose of building and managing an industrial real estate platform. Together with Richard Baltus, who joined in 2017, they have extensive experience in the asset class industrial real estate.
Urban Industrial is an Amsterdam based real estate platform focused on industrial and logistics real estate in the Netherlands. It can both acquire assets and provide loans on this asset class: acquisition and development of multi let/light industrial buildings in the Randstad providing industrial real estate loans acquisition of NPL / SPL industrial real estate loan portfolios Urban Industrial has established a significant portfolio and pipeline of industrial assets and loans in the Netherlands.
